The baby gap 12-18 month size is larger than the Carters 12 month even though the carter's clothes are really roomy and nice. Baby Gap (size) 12-18mos (weight) 22-27lbs (length) 29"-31"

Can anyone recommend a ladies sleepwear company for older women?

L.L. Bean makes cozy ones for winter. But I'm sure you could get nice stuff at a department store sleepwear section, like Macy's or JC Penney. I don't know of any sleepwear/ lingerie stores that target older women only.
