How do you dress for a job interview if the person who is gonna interview me told me to dress "VERY casual"?
That's a tough one. What kind of job is this for? Sounds like a trick to me. I would avoid being "VERY casual" and go with some kahkis, a nice polo and decent shoes. That way, you look more dressed up than usual but not in a full out suit.

I have never heard of wearing a dress while casual dressing, since its warm there i would wear Capri's and a some what dress shirt sandals that are dressy
