Well, I'd have to see the headband to know where to buy another. Try Kohls and Target (By the way, most Claires accessories break in a day or two. Quality isn't their strong point.)

I would check out Claire's or Icing. If they don't have anything their maybe you can just buy a headband and go to a fabric store and attach it to the headband.
